Frozen TX whiskey

I put a bottle last night in the freezer to chill it . Well I forgot about it and opened the door this am and it was frozen. The bottle states 82 proof ,what gives ?

This, I used an ice cream freezer at my bar, patron used to freeze all the time.

Just a standard SxS house freezer .I haven't check temp , but wouldn't think its below 10 deg .

At $36 a bottle , it shouldn't be weak .
