Yes it is.The frame has been chopped and "z"ed. Has full independant suspension and disc brakes (just a big go-kart).Cab is a 31 ford model a and trunk is off a 27 which has been widened. It is literally a little bit of everything but registered as a 31 model a and is registered as antique.
