McKinney has changed A LOT in the last 10 years. We're in one of the older SB neighborhoods and the demographics almost make it unrecognizable. One of my neighbors is alright, the rest I have no use for.

Screw hoa's. I would never move to a house that has one. My aunt built a house where she has one and hates it. My house, my rules, screw you.

The area is being filled with apartments that are dragging it down. It's still pretty nice, but you see a lot more places for rent and it just has a different feel to it.
