Man arrested as peeping Tom after found in women’s restroom septic tank

TULSA, Okla. – A man is behind bars after police found him hiding in a septic tank at a park at Lake Keystone.

Officials said they arrested 52-year-old Kenneth Webster Enlow on peeping Tom charges for hiding in the tank below a toilet in a women’s restroom.

When he was pulled out, he told officers his girlfriend hit him over the head with a tire iron and dumped him in the toilet.
