I begged with him to just test drive one so it would make up his mind for him and then he could somehow convince her but nope. And he takes shits when he pleases. She butts in on big purchases.

wait. when did this happen? Last I heard they had a 6.1 and then moved to a 6.2. where'd the 6.4 come from? still slow.

Dodge went to the dark side, every one you see has 24 or 26s on them, dont even get me going on the 300. Do white folks even buy dodges?

Never been a 6.2 Hemi. The R/Ts have always come with 5.7s. The SRT8s came with 6.1s through 2010, then moved to the 6.4 (aka 392) starting in 2011.

I test drove a couple of Plum Purple 2010 SRT8s (only year they were made) and I just could not get past the fact they were way slower and way more expensive than the Mustang GT. The 6.4s run much better - they are consistently 12-second cars. But they're still crazy expensive.

                          That white one is badass!!

I always liked the design of the Challenger. I thought as far as the new throwback muscle cars it was the one that most looked like its original out of the big 3. I however would never own a Chrysler product. I just can't get over that stigma.

I had an '06 Ram 4.7 quad cab. It was a damned good truck that never gave me any problems at all. I only had it about two years though, but the experience made me warm to modern Mopars.

I really love the Challengers, but like Danny, I just don't get why they made them so overweight. The Camaro and 5.0 have 4.3 second 0-60 times, and the even the SRT8 is slower. I really like all 3 of them. It feels like the late 90's again, though Muscle Cars don't seem to be nearly as prevalent and popular as they were back then. I've gotten some dirty looks from Portland looking hippies as I blow buy their precious little savetheplanetmobiles.
