My 12 year old daughter lives with her mom, so there's only 2 kids @ home most of the time. If we end up having more kids after this baby which I doubt, it will be a good excuse to build a bigger house so everyone continues to have their own room (not converting office, gym or media room into a bedroom that's for sure)
Plus next home will have a TALL garage so I can install a car lift
since I got stuck with a 3 car garage which is a good size, but only have 9'4" tall garage...
