we have a 2006 Ford Five Hundred that, if driven 65 mph, can get 30-31 mpg. At 70-75 mph I can get just under 29 mpg. BUT, I wouldn't recommend them. They're known for three major problems that are not cheap to fix.
I'd assume those problems have been addressed by now with the new Taurus since you mentioned 2010+.
