Where can I get some custom wood sourced/cut?

I'm working on a menu project for a restaurant client that needs custom wood panels that have notches cut in the sides. (Think clip board, but different)

I'm having a helluva time sourcing the material and someone who can notch these for me. Anybody know anybody?
