Made for an interesting drive in to work this morning, main street was closed from Exchange to 24th.

I've eaten there once and it was excellent. Hopefully they can bounce back since it doesn't look like it burned the entire thing down.

That sucks, Lonesome dove is some good grub, and still his best restaurant. The Woodshed is a cool place to have a beer but the food is nothing special IMO

He also has a steak restaurant in Denton, Queenies I think is what its called. Talk about a over priced steak! Never going there again.

Everyone I know that has worked for him and most people I know that have had passing contact with him think he is a gigantic ass. He is a great chef though.

There isn't a chef in the world that doesn't have an ego, and they are all asses on some level. Especially when you've made it like he has. You can't effectively run a restaurant being buddy buddy with everyone. I stand by what I said, he's a good guy.
