      Congrats. I still break down once every 2 months or so and have one. Usually when fishing, but in general I've been good to go over a year or so.

      It is easy mode quitting compared to chanitix or cold turkey. It is worth it.

          If you want to stop smoking, just stop smoking. Going from cigs to a vaping machine with nicotine isnt doing anything for stopping the habit.

          if you can taper down the nicotine I can see it being helpful, but to me the hardest part of quitting, was the habit itself. The one after dinner, the one after work, you get the point.
