    I have a set of 22inch Devino Truck Rims for sale for $1200


    Guy texts he wants the Rims & will paypal $1200 & $650 for his agent to pickup rims. Guy has a Houston 832 area code

    Just screams scam with him sending $1950 to my paypal!

                  I would do it, so he can send you the fake paypal email.

                  Forward that to Paypal and at the very least they'll ban that email account if its in their system.

                              Let him send you the money and tell him to have his agent meet you at a certain address. Make that address the local police station. See if anyone shows up.
