i purchased something online, using a debit card. i returned the item and was due a refund sans restocking fee. got a email from paypal stating that the seller had refunded my $. the $ isnt in my paypal acct, nor back on my debit card. how long should that take?

It should show up as a balance in your PayPal account. It might take a day or so.
