          Yes, Cornbread with a little sugar thrown in.

          Definitely gotta have beans in the chili. Onions and cheese are awesome too. Go ahead and steam some rice for folks that get down that way.

            The city of Wylie pretty much waged a war against me, with that place. It's a long story, but I had a conversation with a few people that were nice enough to let me know (off the record, of course) that I would never be able to fulfill the infinite requirements that they planned to give me. They wanted that area to be commercial; not resi. I ended up selling everything I could, leveled the entire property and sold it as a commercial property. The good thing is that I actually made some money and only lost a little bit of patience and maybe some hair. That was definitely an experience!
