On another note we had a jumper go off the 10th floor parking garage yesterday at Baylor off of 8th Ave.

Of course we had our looky-loos, but the thing that got me was a couple was looking over from about the 6th floor onto the crime scene (covered body) and then the mom picked up what appeared to be a 7 year old so he could look over the rail too.

The only good part is that the OP helped put his ass away. And prison life is rel tough on those guys.

On the other hand, there's a medical/mental facility run by TDCJ in Lubbock. Lots of child molesters end up there so they can be segregated from the general population folks at other facilities.

15 mins max and that was only because we started saying why we thought he was guilty instead of just asking if anyone thought he was not. And no, everyone thought he was guilty

Sentencing took maybe 30 mins and that's because one person did not want to say life

She wanted to say 60 years on each count knowing that it really meant life to him
I told her that either way its a life sentence. But saying anything other than life would leave fear in the family knowing that that he could possibly get out one day and come harm them ( part of the abuse was that e told them all the time that he would kill all of them and if he couldn't get back to Mexico before the cops got him he would kill himself
