Let the toyo dealer drive it to BMW for the new fob, when you get it back complain about a vibration that wasn't there til after they drove it, blame them for the bent rims and fuck them right back. That way they have to fix them. Stupid asshole dealers

Sorry about your experience. I've never had good luck with any Metroplex Toyota dealers. They are all the balloons, 4 square, donkey riding, bullshit type dealerships. Toyota of Grapevine can suck a big one until the end of time. ToD seems to be the same. Never bought from them, but have wasted several hours of my time many years ago trying to negotiate a deal for an ex-gf and then leaving in disgust.

ToD is actually running commercials out here (5 hours away) on the local station. Makes it easier to screw people when they can't just bring it back easily.
