From what I can tell lease only with 15% down which in Texas you get $7500 tax credit and they guarantee a resale price at term- looks promising. I followed one in from Austin Sunday and its a good looking ride- no door handles or exhaust- clean lines

Just an FYI. It's a federal tax credit. You can get it in any state.
I really wish they didn't cost so much, I would drive a performance-oriented electric car for sure. These 25 mile one way commutes are killing my pocketbook.
A physical Tesla store, maybe. But you can buy them online and take delivery at a service center. It's flat rate, non-negotiable pricing, so it doesn't really matter.
I think it's funny that big business is all for the free market as long as it allows them to make mo money, but they are are against it if it hurts their ability. Which is it going to be?
