Maybe I should just call my accountant

Oh, sweet Jesus, why did you have to say that. It is advertising, isn't it

LOL, finally all of that incorporation work and putting up w/ the state's BS could pay off!

Would the tools necessary to build said rolling advertisement be a write-off also? Can I justify a tubing bender and frame table under an LLC that has nothing at all to do with cars or fabrication?

(seriously though, he's done this multiple years without an auditor climbing in his ass with a flashlight or any other ramifications?)

Good judgment comes from bad decisions and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.

Make sure and stop by Miller Motorsports Park in Tooele Utah on your way to or from. It isn't too far off of I-80, and maybe 1.5 hours tops from the salt flats. There's a badass Shelby Meuseum there with $40-60M worth of original Shelby Cobras, GT40's, Daytona coupe, NOS Shelby parts, etc. Hell, even the pace car there is a red/white stripes 05-06 Ford GT. Also, if you go during the day/during the week, venture out towards the back of the racetrack where all of the garages are. You'd be amazed at what's in those garages if some of the doors happen to be up. Prototype/pre-production Boss 302's, never sold '08 "Miller Cup" Mustang GTs. There's also a Toyota Land Cruiser shop there that has quite a few old restored Toyotas. Peek over the fence behind the place and you will see 100+ Land Cruisers of all years just sitting. Some are RHD. Enjoy your trip!

I know he justified the purchase of the race trailer and F-350 as company assets (along with his 2011 Mustang 5.0). As for a tools, he already had a pretty stacked garage when they started the company, so not sure how far you could go down that road. Im not an accountant, I dont know the ins and outs of this thing. Might want to talk to your accountant to see what you could get away with.

Thanks, I'm gonna try and check that out!

That 240 should be easy to spot, looks like I probably won't be getting there until Saturday or Sunday. All these National Parks are taking up a lot of time.
