I picked up a couple six packs of the Big Flats earlier. It isn't isn't horrible, just doesn't have much flavor at all. It seems like it would be a good 'lawnmower beer', something that could be drank easily on hot days outside.

If you want to get F'd up in a hurry, Steele Reserve is the beer (ABV of 8.1%). The only other beer that makes me stupid drunk the way Steele Reserve does is Delirium Tremens (ABV of 8.5%)...it's in a ceramic bottle with a pink Elephant on the label and runs about $10 for the large 22 oz bottle.

Keystone is the perfect hangout beer for people that aren't snobs. I remember back in the early 2000's a dirty thirty was like $12.00. Now it's nearly $20.00 everywhere you go.

There are a couple of hundred beers out with a higher alcohol content than that. The highest I have in my fridge currently is Dogfish Head's 120 minute IPA, it comes in around 17%. Some years it's closer to 20% though. Not even close to the highest out there but for a regularly produced beer it's very high.

My go to beer is Rahr's Stormcloud though, 6.5% advertised but it'll usually test a little higher. Fresh out of the bright tank it's really good! We'll have our Tenderfoot on the market around Christmas though and it's a solid 11-12%.

That would be the 90 minute. The 120 minute is also sold in 4 packs but it'll set you back $8+ a bottle if you can find it. The 90 minute is usually about $3 a bottle.

They hide the booze very well, as long as it's fairly cold. Get it closer to 45 degrees and you can smell it more than taste it.

I used to keep High Life talls in the fridge, but they put Harley-Davidson shit all over the cans (let's be honest: HD folks probably need more shit with that logo on it), so I'm kind of morally opposed to stocking it. Generally though, my cheap selection will be High Life, Coors Original, or Lonestar. I'm not really that picky. I just can't bring myself to pay what they ask for Bud Light.

Miller has always been a partner with Harley. Any big HD event has Miller beer, and every 5 year anniversary Miller has Harley anniversary cans. 105th was on Miller Lite cans. This year the 110th was on High Life cans. Ride for Dime last month was also a Harley event sponsored by Miller High Life. Got to meet Wendel, the High Life guy.

Miller has a "craft beer" called Third Shift which is a nice 5.3% and is pretty tasty. If i'm filling a keg or a cooler, i'll just drop miller light in there and call it a day.

That's too many minutes. I draw the line at 90 min.

I can't wait until cooler weather sets in so I can start home-brewing beer again. I need to replenish my 'lawnmower' beer, the Hefeweizen and all of my IPAs. I'm hoping to have 6-six gallon fermentors start around the first of October, depending on if fall cooling starts soon.
