I really want to build a Factory Five '33 coupe when I get out of school. The one in Hot-Rod a few months back that Air Ride/Ridetech built made my brain itch.
As soon as I read the OP, this was the exact car I was thinking of. I found it online when I was thinking FFR Cobra or 33 but I settled back on my current car.
Yep, the only thing my roommate ever replaced in ~18 months of used Gallardo ownership was an oxygen sensor. He looked-up the Audi part # and went to Autozone and got one for $60.
You and that roommate are of a different breed, however. To the average "car guy" what you're describing would be next to impossible to understand with cross referencing part numbers and such. They'd rather take it to a dealer and take it square up the ass.
