Lower Right Abdomen Right Testicle Pain

Have any of you experienced this? I noticed that when I lift something extremely heavy or like here just recently, I built a huge fire pit on my property from old bricks & rocks from old jobs I had been collecting. Anyways most of the rocks and bricks where in the area of 10lbs to 20lbs & some 30lbs. But I was bending over & loading them in my trailer & then took them out to the back end of my property to where my burn pile was & placed each one where I wanted it. Anyways well the next day YESTERDAY, I noticed my right testicle & right lower Abdomen was extremely sore & throbbing in pain. I would describe the feeling as being kicked in the nuts. Not that immediate pain. But the after pain of catching a shot to your nuts. That sick stomach feeling you get. I went to the doctor back when I was peeing blood. They ran a Cat scan on me & ultra sound on my testicles & everything came back normal. They did say they saw 3 kidney stones. But they hadn't dropped yet to cause the pain. After research. Maybe IBS? I know I on the norm shit every morning like clockwork. But hasn't been the case the past 4 mornings. Maybe Im backed up. I did make myself shit this morning. But not my normal load that im used to. I know this sounds to detailed. But we are getting older & curious if others have dealt with this?

Hopefully not herniated. Take it easy and try not to do any lifting for a while and let it heal. If herniated it won't matter how long you rest I assume.

My wife is a nurse & had me jump up & down & she ruled out appendicitis as if I did have that, I would be in severe pain if that was the case when I jumped up & down. I would almost agree on the hernia, But I don't have any bulging going on in that area. Might be that I pulled my Groin muscle

This sounds possible. Im bringing on labor tomorrow on my 5 scheduled yards to rest it. Its the same feeling I had back when I was peeing blood, But this go around im not peeing blood. My urine is a strong deep dark yellow. But not blood like before and I have cut out most of the cokes. Looks like im going to have to completely drop them all together given my occupation! Just can't believe at 37 im already having health issues. But then again. I know of 4 different people in their 50s who just dropped dead here recently, Most where heart attacks. But def has me on the look out & not try & be Mr tough guy & weather the pain. I have kids & Business & cant afford to kick off.

I want to go get it checked out. But I don't have health insurance & the bills rack up quick. Cost me $1500 last visit for Catscan & Ultra sound on my balls. But it just might be a sports hernia, I know after sex my right testicle hurts sometimes especially with her on top. Needless to say im not getting lucky anytime soon

It's a pulled groin, happens when you lift/turn heavy objects, had it happen to me when i was like 20/21 and worked at best buy during a black Friday. They had whole computer systems in a box and I was lifting them off a stack and loading them onto carts... after about 30 of them I felt a slight pull and it was down hill from there. it went away after a week or so, but no heavy lifting for a while.

I was shaving when it went. I held onto the sink and let myself slide to the floor. Cold sweats and the pain ran from my balls up to mid-chest. They put me on a morphine drip at the ER until they could find a surgeon. I healed up pretty fast afterwards. It could have been a very easy day surgery but I kept putting it off and paid for it.
