Lower Right Abdomen Right Testicle Pain

It's a pulled groin, happens when you lift/turn heavy objects, had it happen to me when i was like 20/21 and worked at best buy during a black Friday. They had whole computer systems in a box and I was lifting them off a stack and loading them onto carts... after about 30 of them I felt a slight pull and it was down hill from there. it went away after a week or so, but no heavy lifting for a while.

Im leaning towards this. Just cause I know I must have moved at least 300+ bricks & big rocks from a pile I had been collecting at the end of my driveway on my property & bending over & back up 600+ times I think is what did it.

I can on the norm mow 5 yards a day by myself & don't have pains like this and my backpack blower is a solid 30lbs

I give you props for that. I mow some lawns around my neighborhood and like to keep it to one a day, early in the morning. F mowing past 10am in this summer heat.

I know how you feel. My nuts don't hurt every time I have sex, but probably 60% of the time. That pain isn't something I'd wish on anyone, Dammitsteve included.

How long has that gone on? It isn't common in your age group, but a testicular torsion causes the same pains. The way it was explained to me in my teens was the webbing holding the testicle in place is non existant allowing it to spin freely. Most of the time qhen it happens I can completely relax and it will correct itself.

My guess is that you have rotated a rib out of place and it cause's a muscle spasm. I was doing the same thing as you were and for me it felt like someone had kicked me in the balls and gut really hard. Went to the chiropractor and got adjusted, fixed everything.

My wife is a nurse & had me jump up & down & she ruled out appendicitis as if I did have that, I would be in severe pain if that was the case when I jumped up & down. I would almost agree on the hernia, But I don't have any bulging going on in that area. Might be that I pulled my Groin muscle

I had a hernia in my right nut before. There was no bulge just a pain just like you are describing.

I think my diagnostic was spot on!

2 day laborers for 5hrs at $10/hr each = $100

way cheaper than $1500+ worth of tests plus down-time
