There's the thing right there, FAIR. Life isn't fair. If the person is white/black/asian/hispanic and they aren't qualified for WHATEVER reason, they shouldn't be awarded anything. I mean, on the other side, would you like to be rewarded something based on some pre-determined reason/quota other than you are capable? That's what drives people to work harder and strive, not given.

Tell me how many hbcu's have no white students? My sister graduated from Howard in 98 I would say every race/ethnicity was represented at her graduation ceremony.

According to statistics gathered by the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, for example, 8 percent of public HBCU student enrollment is White, 2 percent is Latino and 1 percent is Asian.
