After Rhonda's dad was diagnosed with brain and kidney cancer she began researching all sorts of topics from potential causes, to wholistic treatments and everything in between.

In her research she made some discoveries that were disturbing to say the least about the chemicals / toxins released from those steam bags and other plastic bags/dishes used to microwave. I refuse to microwave anything in a plastic dish or bag now.

That's also why I buy organic as much as humanly possibly. The shit our FDA allows the food manufactureres to put in our food is out right scary

Your grill has a lid SEB, just foil pack some fresh veggies and a meat of choice on the grill and voila! Dinner is served! Rain or no rain, it won't fuck up the food on the grill

Egg sandwich. If you want toast, then you'll also need a toaster.

Using a small glass bowl. (No more than 4" in circumference) First melt a small bit of butter by running it in the microwave for about 7 seconds. Place a paper towel over the bowl to reduce butter splash as it melts. Take out bowl and swirl butter around to coat the bowl. Do not pour out the remaining melted butter.
Now crack an egg into the bowl and whip the egg with a fork. Once whipped you can add whatever you want to the egg, just make they're small bits. I like chunks of ham, bell pepper, and cheese. Cook the egg for about a minute.

I also prefer to butter the toast and place a slice of cheese in the sandwich.

You can also make good food off the exhaust manifold on a car. We did it with Humvees in Korea

I agree with you that the chemicals they are allowed to put in our food is crazy but seeing as he's looking for microwave foods he's probably not that worried about it, lol. Also EVERYTHING gives you cancer now, you're never going to make it out of this world alive, might as well go doing things I enjoy. Like cooking foods in the microwave and smoking cigs, lol.

Melt some cheese inside a tortilla. Melt some butter to dip your cheesy tortilla in.

I don't know how you people eat shit out of the microwave. It's disgusting. The only thing a microwave is used for at my house, is popcorn. And if I ever get off my ass to go buy a skillet popper, I'm going to get rid of the microwave completely.

Those steamfresh things are ok (a buddy uses them), but shit can't possibly be good for you.
