update on my baby girl, she hit the 4 lb mark today

My baby girl was born on Dec 9 , and she weigh 2 lbs 12 ounces. I had another thread up on this and this is just more of an update.

She has been doing very good. And I just got off the phone from her nurse and she weighs 4 lbs 1.4 ounces. Hopefully soon we will be able to bring her home.

With premature babies (at least in our experience with our twins) the next 4 months is going to suck. You'll be happy though since she made it and is healthy. Congrats and I'm happy for you that the little girl is doing good.

Shes huge compared to when my twins were born. Mine weighed 1 lb 2 ounces and the other weighed 15 ounces. They are 8 now and really healthy!!

Hang in there she will be home in no time!!

Congrats man! I know what you are going through cause my gf works in the Heart Pulminary Unit at Childrens Medical City for Newborns! Was she on the Eckmo machine
