Store Manager there is a friend of a friend and a great dude. I try to send them business when i can. I have had good luck with the Coppell store as well. I stopped in to the new location in dallas when I was cruising by the other day and wasn't impressed with the staff or the place.

Parts Pricing: The can be competitive or even cheap and if something is overpriced you can price match. They can also get you anything in a reasonable amount of time. Couple all that with the fact that they will warranty stuff like walmart.

Labor: I would say I'm on the fence with their labor. I had a leveling kit done there with no complaints but it's a big box store that probably doesn't attract the most dedicated techs. I've seen some shotty work come from a few of their installs but I don't think it's the "norm".

Generally I don't have a problem buying parts from them after some pricing research. I don't use them for labor much because I do my own stuff.

I have had great experiences with the Coppell store with the stuff I have bought. Great prices, free delivery to my house and they even call me when they have something they think I would be interested in.

Jesse at the Coppell store was cool enough to give me the T5 from his 93 Coupe.
