Hope the officer is ok and hope the suspect is, well honestly I hope he is alive to stand trial and rot in jail.

Three shots were reportedly fired and Holder and an officer were hurt. MedStar officials said the officer's injuries do not appear to be life threatening.
Looks like the officer will be ok, glad to hear that.

Any idea as to if it's for the person who may have killed the little girl or is it for the fires they set to the car in her driveway/memorial the other day?

Of course you have the random abduction...but those crimes are committed by someone with a similar mindset...but not the same. True predators, I feel are lazy, and paranoid of being caught. So they keep their cards close to their chest and play a tight game. I always look at my neighbors more suspiciously than I do of the neighborhood as a whole.
Its unfortunate that the suspect was able to escape a more painful, slow death.Originally posted by Sean88gtYou can take white off the list. An officer and a second person were shot this morning when police served a warrant at a home two doors down from where a slain 6-year-old Saginaw girl lived.
Officials were at the scene in the 600 block of Babbling Brook Drive around 9 a.m. Tuesday morning when witnesses told WFAA-TV (Channel 8) they heard shots fired from the home.
Saginaw police spokesman Damon Ing told reporters at the scene that police were serving a warrant on the street connected to the Alanna Gallagher case. Police have not confirmed the condition of the officer, but other media report a Fort Worth officer was shot in the leg.
Matt Zavadsky, a spokesman with MedStar, told the Fort Worth Star-Telegram that one of the victims is believed to have suffered a gunshot wound to the leg and the other a gunshot wound to the head.
Citing sources close to the investigation, Channel 8 reports that police were serving a warrant at the home of a teenager whose DNA matches evidence taken from where the girl was found.
Two teenagers found the 6-year-old’s partially nude body on July 1 under a tarp on a street not far from her home. Last week, police and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives were investigating what they believed was an intentional fire set to a car parked in the Gallagher home’s driveway.
Police have not made any arrests in the case and continue to search for evidence and field tips from the public.WRX

There is no such thing as rotting in jail these days. Prison ain't a country club but it is a life they don't even deserve.
If that were my daughter there would be nothing in this world that would keep me from seeing him into the ground. I would desecrate his grave every chance I got.Fuck you. We're going to Costco.

Damn.
""Worst Month of My Life"
On Friday, someone set fire to the Gallagher's family car and a small memorial to the 6-year-old, which were both located outside the home.
"It has been the worst month of my life," Gallagher's mother, Laura, told reporters fewer than 12 hours after her home nearly caught fire.
"It's kind of hard to say what people's intent was in this situation," Saginaw police spokesman Officer Damon Ing said. "[It's] just very disheartening that someone would do this to the family."
Police towed the burned sedan away for further investigation, and investigators were seen canvassing the neighborhood on Friday afternoon regarding the arson.
Before the fire, investigators worried that tips into the young girl's death were dwindling. Digital billboards were being used by the FBI to gather as much information as possible."WRX

Form the Fox 4 website... "Three shots were reportedly fired. An Arlington police officer was hit in the groin and the suspect was shot in the head.""It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom - for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself."
