    RIP Rosy.

This is the headline on wfaa.com.

Cause of Six Flags coaster death remains a mystery

Well, duh. It was the fall that killed her.

Probably not the fall, but the sudden stop at the end.

Or she might have wrapped around a wooden post on the way down. Poor lady.

Lol at the multi clicks. When my brothers and I would ride thr giant many years ago we'd push our legs up on out tippy toes so the bar would stop as high as we couuld get it. Most of the fun was flying up out of our seats and holding on for dear life.

Six Flags has caught flack for not being PC enough. They've been sued by amputees for not letting them ride, if you don't have two functioning arms you can't ride their coasters. I've seen ride operators let kids too short ride many times though. As for larger people though they use the little blocks, if it'll fit between the bar and the seat you can't ride. I'd guess someone just forgot to take that step this weekend. It's a sad story either way.

I've ridden that thing dozens of time and I can see where someone not restrained and not paying attention could fly out. They designed it with as much negative G's as they could, you get tons of air time.

Again, they let people ride because Six Flag would be "infringing" on their "right" to ride a ride. PC run amok.

They have no problem discriminating against children in the name of safety, only because adults, in general, want to keep kids safe. But if people are truly concerned about safety, then right next to those "discriminatory" height requirements, there should be a circle on the ground with two footprints. You stand in the footprints and if you can't see the circle, you're too damn big to ride the ride!

I hate making that call, RIP to the lady, but PC run amok gets people killed.

You have to be really fucking big to not fit on the Giant. I'm a big guy, and I fit.

There are a couple I can't ride, but it's more due to my height than my girth. Sometimes with my knees shoved hard into the seat in front of me, the shoulder bars can't come down. On some others, I have to suck in a little bit to get the belts on. If that shit don't click, then suck my dick, I ain't riding it.

I just don't see how she was even close to fitting. She looks huge in that pic. She and the workers should have known better.

I like how the media keeps reporting that noone knows why this lady fell out of the ride! It does not take a genius to figure out that she was obese and the G's +the weight likely caused the mechanism to fail. It isnt designed for that much weight Im sorry if that hurts feelings but its the truth. Six flags does need to make a new set of rules so that this doesnt happen again. IMO if it doesnt click twice tough luck lose some weight and come back when your healthy.
