I don't understand why you got a letter at all. They did not up the percentage the NCP has to pay. They only upped the maximum limit.

The timing of it is suspicious. An automatic review happens to fall after the new guidelines are created. Is this to push those paying less to fall within the new guidelines without needing the custodial parent file for a review? It seems sketchy if that was the basis for the review. My buddy also told me his daughter's mother didn't file for a review either.
