If a woman has all these rights to abort a child or not, regardless of what the father wants, then the father should have the right to sign his rights of the child over if he doesn't want it, regardless what the mother wants.

Well it looks like they're getting the ball rolling on this because I just received a letter saying my payments will be raised based on the child support guidelines. I'm not going to jump to conclusions and say that my son's mom filed for a review. Shit I received that two days ago saying they were going to review my case and wanted me to fill out a questionnaire. Then this one shows up today. She's never filed for one, ever, so I'm giving her the benefit of doubt that she's not a money grubbing bitch.

In 12 years this is the first time I've ever received notice that my case would be reviewed. So it's obvious it's due to the new guidelines. But the more I think about it makes me feel that maybe she took advantage of this opportunity to request a review. They sure do move quickly to finalize it though. Im just surprised that they can change my payments without me giving them any information on my income.

I'm on the other side married into someone receiving support. We are getting a 800 month for 3 teenagers and this is just a drop in the bucket. Hell my 15yr son puts away damn near 200 a week in groceries. All three are in select sports, HS sports and I'm being beat down by costs every day. I'm not bitching just letting people know 3 teenagers ain't cheap to raise and the amount we receive is BS. By the way we both work and I knew what I was getting into.

I don't understand why you got a letter at all. They did not up the percentage the NCP has to pay. They only upped the maximum limit.
