In the last month I've read Born to Run and The Right Stuff. I probably read 20 fiction books to every non fiction book normally.

            All day long.

Sometimes a book or two. One of the best was End Game.

              Random:
Getting ready to rappel down a rock in Mexico last week I was talking with a random guy about whatever. Turns out his boss was Caballo Blanco (Micah True)'s girlfriend when he died running last year.

And I think we are exact opposites. I read about one fiction book for every 20 nonfiction. Just last week I read these (I love vacation):

Wild: From Lost to Found on the Pacific Crest Trail - Cheryl Strayed
What We Talk About When We Talk About God - Rob Bell
              American Sniper - Chris Kyle
First: What It Takes to Win - Rich Froning

....and a lot of the stuff I read is sort of autobiographical blended with exaggeration, like The Beat Poets, New and Gonzo Journalism, etc.

Thanks for turning me on to ender's game JEWRICK. I bought Ender's game, Ender in exile, and Speaker for the dead.

I've read the first one, almost done with exile, and will be starting on Speaker for the dead either today or tomorrow.

The typical work day of a network engineer is quite nice then, eh?

Yea, I went back and realized it was Jewrick that first mentioned it.

                          Thanks for nothing Tal.

The last fiction I read was "The Davinci Code" and that was when it came out. I'm currently reading " Applied Ballistics in Long Range Shooting" which is reminding me of why I hated trig and calculus so much.

I do, quite a bit. Mostly stuff surrounding wars or battles but have also read some general history stuff. My favorite was an abridged version of the Lewis and Clark journals. I enjoyed an abridged version of the Jefferson letters too.
