    1. Goosebumps
    2. Some other Goosebumps
    3. Another Goosebumps classic
    4. Dr. Dredd's Wagon of Wonders
    5. Goosebumps, one of the ones where you pick your destiny.

Obviously a joke post, but I haven't been an avid reader in a while.

**edit. From the quote I am not discounting his books. His views are his own.
To be fair, I haven't read Enders game, or one flew over the cuckoos nest. Guess I should.

I'm not much of a reader, but here are the top books I've read in recent memory, in no particular order.

      Metro Girl
      Deadpool Dead
In Persuit of the Unknown: 17 equasions that changed the world
      X-men Civil War (volume 1)

You can get the Ender's Game ebook for free. Hell I have the kindle version here somewhere if you want it.

Enders Game is great. Xenophobia and Speaker for the Dead not so much. I got back into the series when he started telling the story of Bean.
See I thought Xenocide, Speaker for the Dead, and Children of the Mind were all better than the first Ender's Game.

Oooooh look at this badass over here, fellas!

I guess I see where you're coming from though as I don't do emusic. Never had a problem with an ebook though -- reads just like a regular book. Only thing missing is the manual turning of a page and the smell of the paper.
How do we forget ourselves? How do we forget our minds?

Yeah I've known a lot of older guys who said that, my dad included. "I like the feel of a real book, the smell, etc..." Then they got a kindle. And it feels nice and smells nice too.

It's more of a "collector" mentality in my mind.. I have been using the Kindle for several years and much prefer it. I can get the idea of not wanting to spend comparable money to a book but not getting a tangible item. I have the same concerns about buying music from iTunes. But I don't have unlimited library space, and you don't get shit for used books, so in this case, I am fully satisfied with eBooks.

                    Exactly.

On a seperate note. I read Neil Gaiman's "Ocean at the End of the Lane" last night and it was pretty cool. I like his writing style.

I saw that title on B&N a few weeks ago and almost bought the e-book version. Now I'll give the book a second look.

Yeah it was a really quick easy read, but pretty awesome. Much like "The Bridge to Teribethia(sp)"

Most people I talk to have nothing but good things to say about you, but you sure come across as a condescending prick. Do you have an inferiority complex you've attempted to overcome through overachievement? Or were you fondled as a child?

You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

That's one of those real famous "classics" I've never read. I was planning on reading it soon.
