  • mom and pop diners

Anyone know of any good little mom and pop diners? Preferably around the rockwall-dallas area up to plano-mckinney area.

I know of a few little breakfast places like that, Normas "The Diner" in Carrollton, "Poor Richard's Cafe" in Plano is really good, too.

Hubbards, the waitresses are your future breasturant workers. Makes you feel like a dirty old man sometime.

Decent place, but not really mom and pop. They have several locations around the metroplex. I bet they have one close to the op.

Back when Hubbars was on the the square in Downtown Garland, we called it Hooters on the square.

Route 66 in Rockwall is good.

BTW I see you are in Caddo Mills, you ever try Fish Camp in Royce City?
