photoshop help needed for the newly engaged...

So I did it! We had dinner at the Eiffel tower and i proposed there. After dinner we took this picture with the Eiffel tower in the background. That's the best we could do without a tripod and with all the people around.

Can anyone Photoshop it similar to the other one where you would only see our shadows? The tower can stay the regular color. Work you magic. I want to surprise the fiancee with a big picture of this for the living room. Also if you could put "July 4, 2013" somewhere in there that would be awesome.

It needs some work. Like the pic needs to be shifted a good 2-3 degrees to the right, etc. I am also putting a link to the original picture in jpeg and RAW at full resolution.
