I'll take a brick oven Italian pizza over any of this bullshit these people are talking about. And I don't mind paying $15 for it either. Hell, even the frozen Chicago style that you can get shipped from Lou Malnati's is better than any of the junk mentioned in this thread.
There is a new place in Waxahachie that does brick oven pizza. That place is bad ass and reasonable. They also bring out some kinda thin bread like a tortilla that has garlic and oil on it and some dipping sauce while your waiting. Also for some reason the pizza is really light on me. I usually feel bloated after eating pizza but not there.
Oh yeah just remembered its called the Tuscan Slice.
