I got banned myself for using the phrase from Dave Chapelle, "Fuck yo' couch, ...". It's a commonly used phrase a has been used many times. I was trying to be funny, not mean, and got banned. I had seen others use it without being banned. Not to be funny, but to be derogatory. That would seem worse. I've seen people use it many times since then too without being banned. However, complaining would make me look like a whiner. Just move on and accept the fact that the mods are human and not perfect.
