        Beavers, barbed-wire, old rusty lures and hooks, getting stuck and drowning, drunk boaters, giant fish that can snap your wrist or rip off your skin like a loose glove, etc.

        I have friends that do it, and they catch MONSTERS. With the many other ways of catching fish, I have no desire to get in and stick my arm in a hole.
