Yes. Black, blue and red undercover traffic enforcers. The red one likes the 121 South entrance ramp from Hall Johnson (shoots from the top of the hill and comes down the ramp after his victim), the blue one seems to be jacking with people around William D Tate and Northbound 121 after Glade.
