Was that in 03? His registration date on Canada was May of 03, the same date he first registered as a sex offender in Huntsville, so I would assume that was when he got parole. Looks like he bought his Mach 1 a month later.

who do you think sold him the mach1 and his red f250 that pulled it? ugh this makes me sick to think about some of the stories he told me now about being special forces and how he would go to other countries for poon hunts. I slept in the same room as the guy a few nights in florida when we went to FFW there and cruised Daytona beach. for the record he was in the navy and has some kind of boiler inspectors license and company. at least that's what he told me.

I just cant believe all of this.

Sex offenders must report every so often to keep updated pictures so neighbors, police, etc. can identify them easily. It's kind of like registering your car....except your car isn't a kid toucher.

He is considered a "low risk", but I'm thinking it must have been a lot more than 3 floppy disks. There must have been something in the case that made them believe he's a risk to do something of this nature again.

Chili - it was before he had the mach1; it was at a gtg somewhere as I recall. It was a very, very long time ago and no one knew anything about him.

I saw he had talked about going to a Toys for Tot's Charity thing at Denton back in 2000 on some of his early posts in Canada (after the 2003 screen name was registered), but the posts there only go back to 2001. I think the earlier one's were lost or something if I remember right.

And as for that guy in California, I don't think that is him. He mentioned that in his defense post on yb, that the watchdog site confused / consolidate the two of them.

The biggest thing that doesn't make sense to me is that he, knowing that he has an easily found and very damning criminal history, would choose to be such a shit-stirrer on so many message boards. How many times have we seen people's history get found and posted? You would think he would know better and keep a low profile..

Although, it did take over 10 years to actually get found I guess.

I didn't "remember" the stuff I mentioned from Canada as I wasn't even around yet. I came across it looking him up over there as all of this has unfolded. Some people do remember some really old stuff though!

I was never buddies with him or anything, but did BS with him at a few G2G's, track events and such.

How the hell do you guys remember that type of stuff from 10+ years ago?

I've had a lot of help on this run behind the scenes putting it all together. On a normal day? Most of the time I wish my brain had an off switch so it would give me some peace and quiet. The only way I've found to describe it accurately by using a visual cue, is John Cusack in Pushing Tin the way he sees the planes and their altitudes in 3D in his head as an air traffic controller. I do the same thing, only it's cross referencing information and memories with each other and playing a huge game of connect the dots. If I could figure out a way to make some fucking practical use out of it I would be rich.

Wasn't aware of him having a public shop in the past, when was that? Just wondering if it is the same person since there was already confusion about the guy in CA.
