In Texas the law does not agree with you. If she told the man but she was 17 or older it would be a defense against prosecution. That's what we thought too. She asked him about it and he said that he was an addict to porn and in a group he was in similar to this one a person kept giving him more and more porn over a period of about six months before the FBI arrested him. In Texas 13 and younger is considered a child, screwing a girl 14 to 16 is a different charge than screwing one that is 13 or younger. 10 is too young in my opinion. A few years after the age most people hit puberty would probably be about right. In TX it is legal to bang someone at 17, in Hawaii it's 14. I don't know what a good balance between the two would be, that's why I'm not a law maker.

Edit: FYI, I am the biological father of the two girls that I was talking about so don't give me any bullshit about me being all about 10 to 17 year old girls.

Well Dr Junk, I don't know what age most people hit puberty. I figured it was about 12 or 13. I know I hit puberty around the time I hit 13, I was fucking when I was 14. Since I typically fucked my peers at that age it is safe to say I fucked plenty of girls in their early teens so I'm not so naive as to believe that girls are not sexually active at that age. Even when I was in my teens I still preferred women that were older than me. Now that I'm getting close to 50 I prefer women that are younger than me but I still prefer women and not girls. If I wanted to bang girls in their early teens I would simply move to a state where it is legal to do so.

It actually does absolve you of any culpability under the law in Texas. I wouldn't have been comfortable with an adult man sleeping with her when she was 10 either despite her physical maturity. I think after she hit about 16 I was comfortable letting her make her own decisions.

My original complaint was that I believe the laws against child porn in America are written poorly and I want them redone.
