Pay sites for tracking cell phone numbers?

Does anyone know of a good, legit website to try to track a cell phone number? Can you get the name of the person and address from these sites? Never used one and real paranoid about giving my credit card to one.

Any input would be appreciated. TIA

And I don't think you can get certified cell info short of subpoena or knowing someone who works for a provider.

Just call the number and make up some story that they won a free prize, all they have to do is return the postage paid form you will send them, just need the address and name to send it too.

Lol, I would, but I know who the number belongs to. (My brother), just trying to see how much info a legit site can get. But I dont want to give my credit card number to just anyone. That is why I am asking for a proven site to test.

The only proven site I know of/use is www.tlo.com, but they are very restrictive on who can open an account. They actually sent someone to my office to make sure I wasn't a telemarketer or something similar.

It tells it is in Alabama and the county, but to get a name it sends you to a structured fee page to pay to get the name and address, just like all the rest. I will try it on my home computer when I get off work

Accurint/Lexis has a reverse search, but it only works like 5% of the time.
