Anyone know anyone that has a house for rent in the west side of Ft Worth?

My sisters landlord keeps showing up at their house drunk and demanding they leave right then. He told them 3 weeks ago that he was tired of being a landlord and they needed to be out by July 2nd. We realize that there's a whole mess of legal stuff that they could do to get more time to move out but they dont want to bother with it.
They're looking for something in the White Settlement/Lake Worth area for no more than a $1000 a month.

There are several signs in the Blue Haze area for rental homes. Right off Chapel Creek and White Settlement Road.

Yeah check in that area, and up to Academy. Majority of the houses here are rentals now.

If that's his only reason, fuck him. Call cops next time. There are steps that he has to do by law like written notice to vacate. Which you can still stay there til a court date is set. Even if he wins, you get another month or so if you appeal it. Still have to pay the rent though.
