  • Injectable Oxygen

It's not letting me copy and paste but short story: Researcher got the idea after seeing a little girl with an embolism in her lungs die before they could repair the damage. He got together with others and created a drug that can be injected that would keep the blood oxygenated for several minutes to keep brain damage and other issues from coming if they can't get your lungs to work.

It's great that they figured this out. But the issue isn't really keeping the blood oxygenated, it's keeping the blood circulating to be able to transfer the oxygen to the areas that need it. That's why breaths are being taken out of cpr. The blood retains some oxygenation, you do the compressions to keep the blood circulating.

Damn, if only the medical team could have contacted you before undertaking this whole thing.

Most people I talk to have nothing but good things to say about you, but you sure come across as a condescending prick. Do you have an inferiority complex you've attempted to overcome through overachievement? Or were you fondled as a child?

You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

So, if everything but the lungs is working good then we don't need to worry about getting oxygen into the blood?
