I wouldn't jump the gun too quick on that one either. They pulled a similar stunt on me where they put the base tune on my car but I needed to put some colder plugs in it and also had a nitrous kit that I needed to install before retuning the car. Was told to call back to set up a retune when I was ready, but when I did I kept getting the runaround from Matt, "call back tomorrow, call back at 3pm, call back tomorrow at 10a.m.", and then they just quit answering my calls. After about a month of that garbage I called Andy@PrimeTuning and he hooked me up.
