  • How do you heat flat breads?

    I've been trying to find the perfect way to get the fresh baked taste from bagged flat breads (tortillas, naan, pita).

    What is the best way you have found?

          I use the oven/damp cloth method but there's got to be something better than that.. I'm thinking of trying a fry pan and water with a cooling rack over it tonight, I usually do that for hot dogs and it works decently.

          I'm cooking tikka masala tonight and I'm craving some crisp and chewy naan... someone in the restaurant industry... what's the trick short of making it fresh?

                Not trying to open a taqueria. I have a cast iron pan but they get too hot on the surface. might try dipping the naan, i do that with tortillas and it usually works okay
