I think pulling out the phone and playing some super loud porn would be funny but I doubt it would stop said person.

I cannot confirm or deny. However I do feel the need to point out that there aren't any signs posted forbidding the practice. Nor is there anything in the company hand book regarding it. Perhaps a sign is necessary?
