IMO Plastidip is mostly for appearance. It offers some protection to the vehicle but bed liner products are primarily made for protection.
edit: Oh, and Plastidip is easy to remove. Not so much with bedliner products.Last edited by Sgt Beavis; 07-01-2013, 08:31 AM.

I recently plasti-dipped the F150 badges on my truck. Messed up on the first one, waited 10-15 mins, peeled it off and re-applied. Stuff works as advertised and does peel right off..."Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man." - Thomas Jefferson, 1776

Washed mine with a pressure washer last weekend. Didn't phase it one bit."Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man." - Thomas Jefferson, 1776
