Anyone repair TV's?

My Samsung did the same, sort of. It would power on, then after 20 to 30 seconds power off on its own. It was 3 yrs old. It was cheaper almost to but a new tv than to repair it :/

search for my thread. there is a recall on the samsung. they came and fixed mine for free at the house. the capacitor is too small and must be replaced with a larger one.

We had a pixel problem with ours first, every time you turned on the Tv there would be more white dots. Although not warrantied, Samsung did come replace the board at no charge. Second issue was not repaired :/
