Official DFWmustangs 2014 Oktoberfest meet and drink!

Ok folks, I know some of you I have talked about this. It is time to start making plans and saving that cash for this trip.

Here is the plan,

DFW > München

Stay in cheaper hotels in Riemerling/Ottobrun close to the
Neuperlach Süd line on the S-bahn or U-Bahn line. Take the U-bahn line to Theresienwiese and go to Oktoberfest for a couple of days of drinking and eating.

A block away from hotel is Aldi etc to get cheaper food for breakfast or whatever. Get cheaper alcohol there so you can be partially drunk before you go to Oktoberfest/ w.e.

Tickets go for about $1200 I think from DFW > Munich direct around this time or cheaper of course.

I wanted to go this year but my wedding takes place during this time.

So I wanted to make an official gathering for 2014. Families welcome too as my wife and I will probably go together.

For a group and to be sitting in at least a table I am actually a bit late when it comes to booking. These things get booked about 2 years in advanced.

Also, some friends and I were talking about going there, this is a possibility.
