    Have you ever been inside a Goodwill thrift store?

    My mom likes going to garage sales and thrift stores. So I take her to a Goodwill thrift store. Let me tell yea I was SHOCKED at how high the prices were on items. It blew my mind! I thought the purpose of Goodwill was to provide employment opportunities to the less fortunate while offering used merchandise at a reasonable prices for needy families. Everything is way overpriced and all of it is donated but I guess If you don't like the prices at Goodwill then don't shop there. Its that simple but how can you push for a profit? Just seems greedy!

    $20 used Nike tennis shoes
    $7 for a worn-out dallas cowboy t-shirt
    $35 for a twenty year old bookshelf stereo

      Just got 2 nice polo shirts for work there for 8 bucks...

      Did you go to the Southlake location or something?

          nope mom said it's not just the Goodwill but it's every thrift store including the Salvation Army that has high prices but she still goes shopping at these places and for mostly to get out of the house. sometimes it is fun to look at junk and bargain shop.

                  the ones I've been to had t shirts for a buck or two each, and make great shop shirts.
