Well I am glad you think you know everything! When I was at 680, yes things were different, mostly in part because i was a lot younger and was being trained by someone who took 3 hour lunches, fucked off all the time, and stole countless money from the store. Yes, the store manager. When I transferred to Pantego, I realized I wasn't pulling my load. I changed the way I did things. I DID NOT have the lapband, and I didn't have surgery because I was demoted. It was something I had been working on for several months. I was tired of the person I had become and wanted to do something about it. It doesn't matter what I did to lose weight though. Just the fact that I HAVE lost 140 lbs and am much more active and healthier, and have changed my life completely, makes me feel better. While I was on medical leave, I was only paid for the time I was allotted, which wasn't much. If I remember correctly, I was only paid for about 3-4 weeks, and that included using my vacation and personal hours. I had some complications after surgery and still did not have a 100% release from my doctor. I was told that I could not come back with any restrictions, so yes, I did extend my leave ONCE and I was NOT getting paid. And yes, I did post about remodeling my bathroom, but that was in Dec. and I had surgery in March, 9 months prior to remodeling my bathroom. I had enough of that store and all the lying and stealing that was going on and I didn't want to be a part of it any longer. When I left, I bet the store manager had stolen around $5,000 in cash from the time he came until I left. I was not the only one that knew about it either.

That is a pretty stiff accusation considering he still works for the company. You want to back that up with some proof?

You are one of the laziest people I have ever worked with in my life. It is one of the reasons I asked for a transfer out of 680; I was tired of doing 3 times the work and the manager looking the other way while you showed up 30 minutes late every day, took 3 hour lunches, didn't do returns, and didn't pull any of your own parts. Add in that you wouldn't take deliveries if we were backed up because you literally(according to YOU, anyway) couldn't fit in a delivery truck, and I was tired of carrying your weight.

It is also one of the reasons I decided to be a store manager; so that I could control my environment so I wouldn't have to put up with people pulling that shit. You were demoted for being lazy, went and got lapband, then never showed back up to work because I took over the store you were at and you knew I wasn't going to put up with your shit. All the while you were getting paid for being on medical leave, extending it for MONTHS over and over again saying you couldn't work, yet posting on the "other" site about remodeling your bathroom.
